1) Doosan Lynx 2100LY
At the start of 2024, we added this single-head lathe to our collection. Through the integration of this machine, we were able to boost our turning capacity by an impressive 50%, allowing us to better meet our customers requirements. The precision, efficiency, and quality of the products we’ve been able to produce with this advanced machine have exceeded our expectations, underscoring the value of this investment.
2) PUMA TT2100SYYB Lathe
Later in the year, we introduced this advanced horizontal turning centre. This machine is built for fast, high-volume production of precision-engineered medical components. Its cutting-edge technology and dual-spindle design ensure exceptional accuracy and efficiency, enabling us to produce complex parts with consistent quality. The addition of this machine has enhanced both our capacity and the quality of the solutions we offer for our customers in the medical device industry.
3) Mitsubishi MP1200 Wire EDM
Our latest investment, the Mitsubishi MP1200 Wire EDM, is a standout addition to our facility. As one of only two in Ireland, this machine represents a leap forward in precision engineering. This machine is designed for exceptional accuracy, superior surface finishes, and complex part geometry, making it ideal for producing intricate parts that demand the highest standards of quality. This new machine will significantly enhance our production capacity and precision in the manufacturing of complex, high-value components for our customers in the medical device industry.
