Prototyping
Developing safe, effective and innovative medical devices is difficult without initial trial and error. Employing an iterative approach to product development can help companies refine designs, test functionality and ensure regulatory compliance.
At Lisnabrin, we can deliver low-volume parts quickly so that our clients can improve and modify initial product designs. We consider ourselves a key strategic partner to our suppliers, working on cutting edge prototypes that push the boundaries of what is possible in the sector.
Multiple iterations can be made throughout the R&D cycle, with rapid prototyping made possible via our manufacturing department to satisfy your testing needs. Time, however, is a crucial component within prototyping, and our team ensures your projects gain traction until design specifications are satisfied.

Our Capabilities

We offer valuable mechanical design support, with a strong focus on Design for Manufacturability (DFM). This expertise helps clients achieve both immediate and long-term cost savings during product development and manufacturing.
3D printed prototypes of components or CNC manufactured components can also be offered with capabilities extended to printing of PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, PVA and PET. Our skilled team manufactures components daily within the 3 decimal range and components come with a certificate of measurement validation from our vision measurement system, ensuring quality and peace of mind. In-house testing of prototypes can be facilitated upon request, to streamline processes and improve sustainability efforts by reducing the collective carbon footprint.
